Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of December 2025 Remuera Bowling Club Incorporated (“RBC”) and Auckland Bridge Club Incorporated (“ABC”) propose to amalgamate. RBC will be the continuing society under the name Remuera Bowls and Bridge Incorporated.
Particulars of the proposed amalgamation, including the proposed constitution of the amalgamated society, are set out in the amalgamation proposal which is available on the web sites of RBC (www.remuerabowls.co.nz) and ABC (www.akbc.co.nz).
On completion of the amalgamation and the redevelopment of the site, the amalgamated society will carry on its activities from the current RBC property at 3C Dromorne Road, Remuera.
